Nothing extra special to report on the workout front this week. Pretty low-key and low intensity, actually. This upcoming week I’m not too sure what exercise will look like as I’m giving myself full permission to be lazy. Knowing me I’ll still workout, but intensity and duration will probably be less than normal. Also, my knee has been randomly hurting again so I’m taking all necessary measures and using that as an excuse to rest.
Sunday: Yoga. This was another teacher-training class so there were about 70 yogis in the room. It was hot. Too hot for my liking. I try to get a spot toward the back of the room or door but I ended up being in the smack center of the room. I looked like I went swimming instead of going to yoga.
Monday: 3 miles + 10 minutes of upper body weights
Tuesday: Yoga. Much better class…still hot yoga, but back to normal levels.
Thursday: 4 miles
Friday: 30 minutes weights
Saturday: 2 mile walk with my mom and dog
