Thank you for your encouraging words on yesterday’s post. What goes down must come up, right? It’s already looking a little better because today is FRIDAY. Unfortunately I have an all-day obligation tomorrow (7 a.m.- 5 p.m.) so not too much of a break. Sunday is run-day and football. That will make up for everything.
5 Pictures (with words) From My Week
1. Empty gym on a Monday morning. I had my pick of treadmills for sure.
2. Late night grocery run. With all the staples. This counts as “5 things I ate,” right? This haul included chicken, lettuce, berries, deli turkey, apples, asparagus, watermelon, sweet potatoes, oatmeal and quinoa (hidden at the bottom). Certain items last me longer than others but I typically make 3 trips a week. Not the smartest, but I share a fridge so I can’t store too much at once anyway.

Late night grocery run
3. The bane of my existence (OK not really). But I swear every night an evil headphone fairy comes and tangles the cords. Who’s with me?!
4. I really like this. Fruit + Emily = made for me

5. Less than 44 days!!!!!
Keeping it short and sweet today.
Tell me 5 things from your week!
Oh my gosh! I love the cut-out fruit!!! That’s too darn cute.
Isn’t it?! I want to buy alphabet cookie cutters now.
My mom sent me that Emily fruit photo too — so cute! :) And your late night grocery run sounds exactly like mine, haha. Have a good Friday, girl!
It’s an Emily-thing ;) Hope you are having a great weekend!
I love an empty gym ;) Like today I had it all to myself to lift…and lift heavy! I don’t think I can walk…..And I have to get up a huge hill and 3 steep flights of 5000000 steps to my one class today…no good, haha!
I love the empty gym too, especially because I can use any weights I want without having to wait for someone to finish. YIKES- your glutes will thank you later :P
Oh that fruit-photo is SO sweet :D Empty gyms are the best! I work out at home… always empty ;) haha! I’ve just stumbled upon your blog. Happy to find a fellow celiac!
