It’s Friday.
I’m home.
Christmas is NEXT week!
Life is pretty good right now. To continue on a positive note, I’m sharing some of my favorites from this week.
Linking up with Clare and Heather today!
1. Home. Didn’t see this coming, right? From the (really tall) tree to the decorations and the holiday scented candles, home feels perfect.

Our tree is so tall this year! Yay for having high ceilings.
2. Winter in Florida. Totally the opposite of what I just said, but I like that my house can feel like Christmas without the freezing temperatures and snow. I spent a fun day at the pool with friends to celebrate the end of the semester.
3. Reunions with friends. 4 months was way to long!
4. These posts:

Hawaii & the Honolulu Marathon– The Little Honey Bee (I loved reading all the race recaps from the Saucony 26 Strong group. Congrats, everyone!)

5. Serial
I’m officially on the Serial podcast bandwagon. It kept me entertained for part of my car ride home. I haven’t listened to the last episode yet because I don’t want it to end! Go listen, now.
Besides the holidays (that’s a given!), what has made you happy this week?
Your tree is so big! I love it! There is nothing better than that feeling all the Christmas decorations, the tree, and the lights give you! I wish we kept them up ALL year! People would be much happier ;)

So happy you get to go home now!!
We have snow on the ground, so I am jealous of your pool time!!! Btw-love the tall tree!!
Thanks! If it was possible, I would like snow only on Christmas Day…and then I’d like it to disappear haha.
I’ve been on the Serial bandwagon-it’s just so compelling! My boyfriend and I listen to it in the car and have frequently been sitting in parking lots to finish episodes, haha!

Glad I’m not alone! I ignored calls on my phone so I could finish the episode.
I’m the opposite – we don’t have snow here, and it just doesn’t feel like Christmas without it! (I am glad we’re having milder weather though.) I only have two days of work left until the new year, so I’m very happy about that!

I do wish I could have snow on Christmas Day. But other than that I’m happy with the sun. Yeah! So close to a break :)
I’ve heard so much good stuff about serial! I think its time for me to try it out! Have fun at home :)
Oh and I’ve been loving my Christmas tree scented candle from bath and body works and my candy cane green tea from Trader Joes :)

Yes, you have to listen! I LOVE holiday candles from bath and body works. I need to get some.
Thanks for including my post! I also HAD to comment and tell you how much I love Serial, too. What did you think of the ending?

Of course! Ah I’m so mad it’s over AND that the ending wasn’t very conclusive. I wasn’t satisfied and want to know/hear more.
