From my posts earlier this week may have already figured out that this week was light on running. Most of my exercise was low-moderate intensity this week and I’m perfectly happy with that. I’m so glad that I got to take my mom to my yoga studio yesterday! We have tentative plans for a walk/jog this morning before they head back home. As expected I’m sad to see my family go, but I will see them in 2 weeks at the Princess Half Marathon. That’s a whole different subject…
Sunday: 8 miles. I felt fine while running but I could tell that my knee wasn’t 100%. I wasn’t in pain at all during or after the run, but I knew it would be smart to back off for the week. I have plans to see my PT for some treatment tomorrow.
Monday: Yoga + weights. I did a random weight circuit that I made up on the spot (like most things I do).
3 sets x 12 reps of 1 “pull” move followed by 1 “push” move.
For example, 12 rows followed by 12 push-ups. I think I did 3 or 4 supersets.
Tuesday: 40 minute walk while talking to my family.
Wednesday: Spin + this yoga video at night
Thursday: Yoga in the morning + yoga video (see above) at night
Friday: Yoga
Saturday: Yoga (with my mom!)
Happy Sunday! xo
How were your workouts this week?
O I wish my mom could do yoga with me ;)

I’ve been going to this studio for a year and it made me fall in love with yoga. I was so happy to finally take my mom to a class!
Sometimes I go into a workout with a plan, but I end up forgetting it or wanting something different.
yoga yoga yoga- I love it! :)
