Like I predicted, this week has been all sorts of different. A wonderful kind of different. No real schedule on any day and lots of last-minute plans. More on my trip tomorrow but first, a quick recap of how I fit in some exercise this week.
Monday: Off. 7 hour car ride. Wahoo!
Tuesday: 5 miles with my dad through the streets of his hometown. Every time we get to do that it feels pretty darn special.
Wednesday: 4 miles
Thursday: Off. On the biggest “workout before you eat” day of the year, I didn’t workout before I ate. Wow, I’m alive. Truthfully, I missed my annual Thanksgiving Day run with my dad, but we had other plans. And so did the weather.
Friday: Bootcamp. My aunt always raves about a bootcamp class that she has taken for years so my mom and I are joining her!
Saturday: Bootcamp (same as above). SO awesome! Will share more.
Sunday: 3 miles. Quick run before heading to the airport. I had a late night/long day yesterday with the wedding but I wanted to get something in before flying to Miami.
No yoga. Which I miss so much!
