The heat is officially here. Of my two runs, I did one on the treadmill and one outside. I’m going to try to split it like that so I can get somewhat adjusted to the heat without overkill. Hopefully I can convince my dad to run outdoors with me when I’m home later this week ;) Friday afternoon I started feeling sick so I scrapped any intentions of working out over the weekend in favor of some quality time with my bed and Emergen-C. They seem to be doing the trick.
Sunday: 1 hour walk
Monday: Hot yoga. I planned to go for a run but woke up not feeling it. I ended up going to yoga later in the day so *technically* I didn’t miss my Monday workout. It just wasn’t my priority.
Tuesday: 5 miles
Wednesday: Spin. Playlist (with some good songs) coming on Friday!
Thursday: 5.25 miles
I’m hoping to do a 180 today, but I still predict lots of couch time. Happy Sunday! xo
